...Federer lost again to Nadal in a Grand Slam final (Australian Open). Federer also lost to Nadal in 3 French Open Finals and in last year's Wimbledon. His quest to tie Sampras' record of 14 Slam titles is put on indefinite hold because Nadal keeps foiling Federer's game. Probably due to the extreme pressure and frustration, Federer cried at the trophy presentation after the Aussie Open finals...it was a heart-wrenching moment for the 13-time champion caught on live television...

...Wendy's Baconator has 6 strips of bacon, 2 slices of cheese and 2 quarter-pound patties. It is definitely better than McDonald's Double Quarter-pounder. It is easier to eat because in is in a wrapper as against McDonald's which is in a box. The added bacon in Wendy's makes the (square pattie) burger taste better. I found the Baconator to be more juicy vs. the rather dry and oily McDonald's product. The option of lite iced tea at Wendy's is an added plus for those who don't drink softdrinks. McDonald's pineapple juice tastes crappy...

...2009 promises to be great year for gamers. Upcoming releases that seem to be worth the watch are Wanted: Weapons of Fate (based on Mark Millar's graphic novel Wanted and the movie version of Timur Bekmambetov) and Watchmen: The End is Nigh (featuring Nite Owl and Rorschach.) The latter game is based on Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons' Watchmen and features events before the graphic novel. The cut scenes in the game are by Gibbons, but this game will only be available as a download...

...The 2nd round of UAAP Season 71 Volleyball is ongoing. My personal bet to win the championship in women's volleyball is the DLSU WVT. They are currently tied at 1st place with FEU...
